It's normal to feel nervous during an interview – but you shouldn't show it. Here are some tips to project confidence:

  1. Fake it till you make it: Stand tall, make eye contact, and smile.

  2. Prepare well: The more prepared you are, the less nervous you'll feel. Practice common interview questions and rehearse your answers.

  3. Use positive self-talk: Remind yourself of your skills and why you're a great fit for the job.

  4. Breathe deeply: If you start to feel overwhelmed, take a few deep breaths to calm your nerves.

  5. Focus on the conversation: Listen attentively to the interviewer and respond thoughtfully.

Remember, interviewers want to see you succeed! By following these tips, you can focus, project confidence and showcase your skills.
